2015.1b : Laufzeitfehler 2147319779

Hello you Win-Digipet guys !

I have purchased version 2015 PE today and have upgraded to 2015.1b.
The installation went good and I loaded my project from 2012. Good.

Now I should get contact with my CS2. I connect via a switch and when i test the connection in the network assistant I get the green V and everything seem to be ok.

But WD can't get in contact with the CS2. When I try to "Init system" I get the message "'Laufzeitfehler -2147319779 (8002801d)' Automatisierungsfehler Anwendungs- oder objektdefinierter Fehler". When I push the OK-button WD quits and I'm back to StartCenter.

Also the connection to HSI-88-USB is not established when WD starts. I have to init it afterwards. Then it's ok.

I use Windows 10 (WD 2012 were good functioning) and have.

What can be wrong when I get the green V but never the less WD cant connect to CS2 afterwards ?

If you need more information I am ready to tell you all about my systems.

I hope you can help me soon.

-   Unpack WDPRegister.NET.exe to your WDP folder
-   call this EXE
-   Select the WDpnetmod.exe within your WDP folder
-   Press Registrierung aufheben
-   Press Registrieren afterwards

Dear Markus Herzog,

We have an issue with Laufzeitfehler 2147319779 and we have followed the solution you are suggesting.
When launching WDPRegisterNet as an administraor we have the infamous ComDlg32.OCX error.

We have downloaded the .OCX and placed it under the system32 folder as well as WDIGIPET folder. It has been registered successfully. Yet, we always get the error telling it has not been registered. We have restarted the computer. no luck.

Looks like your WDPRegiterNet software has some difficulties running on latest x64 / WINDOWS 10 with office 365 (2016).

We have a x64 Windows 10 laptop. Pleas advise on how to solve this issue.

Hi Jean,

my current development PC has exact the same configuration x64 / WINDOWS 10 with office 365 (2016).

I think the Windows 10 anniversary update has been automatically installed by Windows update within the last days on your PC.
On my PC this destroyed the functionality of many programs. After 1 day and several other automatic windows 10 updates the problem vanished without any action from my side.

I would suggest to force the PC for additional Windows updates and install them if available. After this thry WDRegisternet.exe again. If this does not help please reinstall Win-Digipet. The comDlg32.ocx is no special Win-Digipet component, it is used by many, many programs.
