Ecos 50200 and Marklin MFX locomotives after WDP 2018 upgrade
« am: 22. September 2018, 16:47:58 »

After upgrading from WDP 2015 premium to WDP 2018 premium I have had issues with extra functions on my MFX locomotives.. eg no sounds etc. I could get it to temporary work by going into the locomotive properties and re linking to correct mfx locomotive in the list. This however had to be redone every time I restarted the WDP program.
To permanently fix it I had to delete the locomotive in the ecos and let it re scan for an M4 locomotive and using the WDP mfx vehicle wizard re create each locomotive.
The problem with that is that my timetable file now has a lot of errors with "invalid IDs" of the mfx locomotives that had to be recreated that have a new ID number.
I don't want to recreate the timetable. I have a backups of both the ecos and WDP prior to recreating the mfx locomotives. How can I fix this?
Many thanks

Andy

Hello Andy,

load the old backups and then apply the small fixture program from my last post in this topic:
https://www.windigipet.de/foren/index.php?topic=78585.30
to the WDigilok.mdb of your project. Unfortunaly the program is only in german available. But it has only a few buttons.
