Hello All,
I just got a new laptop and wanted to move my WDP 2015 2c to it. What would be the best way:
1) Load the original program with the RED USB stick and update to version WDP2015 2c and load the latest backup or
2) Copy all the files in the WDIGIPET folder from the old laptop to the new laptop?

my advice fpr the migration as follows:
* install des WDP-program from the USB-stick (do not forget to choose "as administrator"!
* create a full/complete backup in WDP as a zip-file on the old laptop and copy this zip-file, e.g. to a usb-stick
* change the usb-stick, connect it to the new laptop
* start WDP on the new laptop, choose "data import/export" from the main menu and
* restore the project from the usb-stick using the option "restore data" from the "import/export-menu"

I would advice, to update to the latest version after having installed WDP from the stick on your new laptop
The versions, including the updates of WDP, on the old and new computer should be the same.
Then I would try your first version loading the latest backup. That's the way, I did it successfully.

Thanks for your response, I also thought option 1) would be the better way. I will try it over this weekend.
