Roco Z21 problem

Hi.
I have big problem to Connect Roco Z21 White and also Z21 Black, and get same error message.
Running Windows 10 and Win-Digipet 2015c Premium
I don’t know how to solve it.
Any one got a clue?

This fix solved the problem.  ;D
Now it works with both the White and black Z21.
