Win-Digipet API
« am: 04. Mai 2024, 21:58:14 »
Hi,

My father is an enthusiastic user of Win-Digipet, and I would like to develop a plugin for the Elgato Stream Deck to display live information from Win-Digipet and control the train track. I see that there is a protocol between the mobile remote and the main application, but I can't find any documentation about how it works.

Is there any documentation available on the Win-Digipet API, and/or would the developers be interested in helping be to develop this plugin? I can imagine it being useful to other Win-Digipet users as well!

Cheers,
Sander

Hello Sender,

If you write me a PM with your mail address I could provide you a confidental raw documentation of the protocol. Raw because normally it is just for my own documentation when I add new features to the mobile apps. And as it is just for me it is in german.
And last: due to time reasons I can not give any support when using these.

Regards
Markus

Sadly, the system tells me "You are not allowed to send personal messages."

But I don't mind sharing my email address in public. It's in many places anyway, and it's not hard to guess :)
It is sander@steffann.nl

Cheers!
And thank you. I totally understand the caveats of using a non-public API.
