Titel: Hidden Yard Control – cars without feedback in the middle of the track
Beitrag von: Andrzej am 06. Mai 2019, 03:31:24
Is there any limitation to the number of TND on one track in the hidden yard? Or, is there any limitation for cars without feedback in the middle TNDs of HYC?
When my hidden yard with five tracks was assigned to 10 iTNDs – 2 iTNDs on each track, another train did not enter the track if the track was occupied with cars without feedback (DCC system).
The tracks are long – more than 4 meters. So, for the testing purposes I converted one of them – the one in the middle – from 2 iTNDs (221.5cm and 228cm) to 6 iTNDs. Now visible as 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, and 3f. Respectively, the lengths are 75.8cm, 100cm, 45.7cm, 40cm, 100cm, and 78cm.
It works well for trains making occupancy feedback (lights or resistors at least in the last car of the train). When the train labeled ‘Maersk’ (175.4cm) without electric load in the cars came to the middle of the track (occupying iTNDs 3c, 3d, 3e), the locomotive on the 3f (ST44-613) was moved to the 3e.
Nothing wrong happened when cars without electric feedback occupied the end of hidden yard (the 3f iTND).

There you go!
Please, don't be surprised that some feedback connections are not assigned. This is a new layout under construction.
Viel spaß!
Andrzej

Hallo Andrzej,

Hello Sven, you speak english (since you understand the question), why you don't answer in English?
Andrzej understands German (since he has a conversation with you) but other people can't learn anything.
This is an English forum, if all the people understand German  this forum will be useless  :(
I'd like very much to understand German to access all the topic in your language  ::)
Thank you, Vittorio

Hallo Vittorio,

Sorry, aber mein englisch ist nicht sehr gut. Alles nur mit Google übersetzt und eine Menge Erfahrung mit WDP.  ;)
