Windigpet 2021 english manual

Hi:
I am a new user to windigipet and need a manual in ENGLISH to even begin to even contemplate using the software. Where and how do I get this please? The help screens with 2021 version and German even though I choose English in the start centre!
I believe that 2021 can program/change  CV's in a decoder but the German language is barrier. I cant even copy and paste the file into Bebel fish.
I hope someone can help please.
