Index Card GUI problem

Dear Stefan and all other Experts, I have managed to DE-ACTIVATE the Index Card GUI in my Tour Automaic Editor.
How can I make it reappear again? Once again in my Tour Automatic Editor, only the Tour "Header" without the complete tour is visible. Is this part of my Index Card GUI  problem? I want to activate my  blue COUNTER button in this area. I hope I'm headed in the right direction? Thank you all  for your help?

what have you done that it disappeared?
Can you please send screenshots? I'm not sure I'm thinking of the right thing. I use the German edition and the names are different.
Which version do you use?

Lieber Stefan,
                     Thank you very much for your reply yesterday. My software version is 2018.2c Premium. I wish I knew how I managed to corupt this Index Card GUI, but now it is again visible in the Tour Automatic Editor.
                      Firstly I activated repair from the WinDigipet USB software stick:- no change. I then reloaded the backup software from three days ago:- again no change. Then once again from a different location stored four days ago:- BINGO, it has reappeared!!!
