I am trying to register or link mfx locomotives from my CS2 (1.1.3) to WDP 2009 Demo.
Is there a procedure for that? I have tried to use the link(verknupfung) button in the Lokdecoder tab,
but I don't get a list of my mfx locomotives to link to. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Elliot,
for the CS2 WDP can not purchase the locomotive list of the CS2. Just press the link button and make a change of direction on the CS2 for the MFX-locomotive you want to link. This change of direction is detected by WDP and the locomotive will be linked to WDP.

I have tried this, and the green check mark appears. But when I close the window, I still cannot operate the lokomotive.
Is there a special way to save when I close the window?

I just tried to put in the address in the address field and it seems to have worked, but will there be a conflict if I
have another locomotive with the same digital address?

Hi Elliot,
Have you tried to press Save-Button in the toolbar after the green check mark appeared? Please do enter also a locomotive greater than 0 (you can choose any value you like).

Aha, That was the problem. I didn't save using the toolbar save and I also had the digital address set to 0.
Thanks for the information. Now back to further testing. Do you know if the English version of WDP 2009
will be out by Mid-September? I'm planning to go to Germany at this time.
