Yes, it does,
BUT:it would only work until next time it checks for the CD, as it then would look for the German CD and fail when it discovers the English one. In other words:

So the question that now rises is (Dr. Peterlin...? Markus...?):
when the version 2009.2 of WDP Premium Edition in english will we available for customers ?
Since I have to start with WDP from scratch, I'd prefer to start with the latest version... ;)

just another question: I understand that at the moment you can't make a prediction on the date when WDP 2009.2 (EN) will be released. But, since I have played with the Demo version of WDP 2009.1 (EN) for about two months and now I'd like to upgrade (= purchase) to a "stable" WDP 2009.x Premium Edition (EN), could you please tell me if when the 2009.2 English version will be available there will be also an "upgrade version" from 2009.1 to 2009.2, as it happens with the German version...?
I mean: could I buy now WDP 2009.1 Premium Edition (EN) knowing that - when it will be available - I will be able to upgrade to 2009.2 at no cost...?

2009.1 seems very stable to me.. Is there a significant problem that I am missing? The worst I have seen is a strange window with some test fields that should have been removed before the final build, but everything seems to work correctly.
Interim releases are always "free", and the major releases, available about every two years, are a very reasonable price..

I didn't mean that WDP 2009 Demo has any stability problem: for the time I used it, it didn't show any stability problem, and the only problems I had were related to my not knowledge of the product.
I meant that - from my point of view - the Demo version is a "temporary solution", whilst the Premium version is a "definitive solution".
Anyway I'm glad to hear that the interim releases are free of charge.

The mFx window has extra stuff on the right hand side (please see the 20091123_ExtraStuff image).. It looks like it was used to test the collection of mFX data.. Also it would be nice if you could replace "hours" with "mins" in the locomotive database's maintenance tab.
Also in that tab, I can't seem to change the total hours... One of my mFx loks was in manually, and now it is registered as a mFx, but it lost the total hours when I created a new loco entry for it in the database.. The time format appears to be the problem...
