I have WDP + uhlenbrock IBCOM + 2 X uhlenbrock 63330 + 2 X uhlenbrock 63410.
It works fine.
But I have already 3 ports of the 63330 that does not work. They are constantly occupied even when there is no train on the block.
The first one occurred suddenly. The second one happened after I made some changes on the track editor when I erased some track to make the layout smaller. The third one occurred after I made block 29 smaller by replacing tracks on the real layout.
Any ideas why it happened.
I checked the block, there is no short between the two tracks.

have you tried to switch the two decoders? It would be interesting if the error stays at the same place (logically) or follows the decoder (physically).

one 63330 is module #2 with base address lncv 1=1, Second 63330 module #3 with base address lncv 1= 17.
the unworking blocks are 13,25,29.
I switch the base address. and I got unworking blocks 9,29,13.
13 = 16+13=29
25= 9
29 = 13
