Titel: What am I doing wrong (not possible to set speed on a loco) ?
Beitrag von: Per Olsen in 06. Februar 2013, 21:54:15
Hello.

Since this problem is only with one of my 70 locos, I am sure it is a mistake I have done here.  But I am not able to find it.  Can you help me?

Here is the problem:
In the main screen, in the "Loc taskbar", all work OK, except for one of my locos.  When I try to set a speed for this loco, the marker pops right down to 0 again at once, and the loco does not move.  I must do something wrong..?  All other locos work as normal, but not this one.

Best regards,
Per.

Hello Per

Please look into the Lok-measurement, from this Loco. There are a red line for Maximum Speed. Those Line is set into 0 Speed. Take them to the real max Speed and the Loco should by run.

I hope my english ist good enouth, to help you.  ::)

Hello Edwin.

I am sure your English is (as least) as good as mine  :D
The main thing is that we understand each other..

This solved the problem.  Thank you!  I do not understand how this has gone to Speed 0, I did not do that manually, for sure.

Best regards,
Per.

Hi Per,

have you calibrated this loco and have you installed the update WDP 2012.1? We believe that there is a correlation between these aspects and the red line at 0.

Hello.

The loco was calibrated in version 2012.  But I now wanted to re-calibrate it (in 2012.1), and had the problem.  This happened only to this one, not to any of the other locos.

Anyway, it is all OK now, thanks to the help I received.

So now I am working with the IZNF again, and have some problems (again).  I will write another post on this :(

Best regards,
Per.
