I am thinking of replacing my old Fleischmann Twin-Center with an Uhlenbrock IB-Com. Unfortunately this seems to require upgrading my WDP X.3 English to WDP 2009 or higher. My German is not very good, so I want to stay with English versions. What are my upgrade options? There doesn't seem to be any info on English version upgrades on the WDP website.

I believe the link you provided is the price list for the German version, translated into English. Are you saying that English language upgrades are available at the same prices?
Also the price list states that prices include German MwSt. I presume this tax is deducted from orders shipped outside the EU?
I also just posted a reply to another thread in this forum explaining the serious problems I have had paying German merchants by bank wire transfer from Canada. Is there another way?

Thanks for the clarification.
PayPal works for me, I have used it successfully for transactions with Germany before. That is good.
But I don't like the idea of paying the German MwSt when, as a non-EU resident, I shouldn't have to. After all, I will have to pay Canadian duties and tax when the shipment arrives in Canada. I know that Modellplan will deduct the MwSt from non-EU orders, but they do not list English versions of WDP on their website, so I will ask them by email if they can sell me the English-language upgrade and ship it to me in Canada without MwSt.
