Is there a way to (temporarily) disable one or more lines inside a big Zugfahrten Automatik ?

There is no option enable/disable in the ZFA for lines. But just like Sven mentioned you can arrange some of the lines in your ZFA editor to a certain range "bereiche" ( so called in the german version, translated it's Range) look at my image. I defined the ranges station 1, station 2 and station 3.
After editting in the editor and when you start your Zugfahrten Automatik and you click on the arrow down at the right top you will see the same ranges.

Now by selecting the ranges you want to be active these will be excecuted, the one's you deactivate won't be enabled.
one extra tip, every ZFA has his own ranges. So if you have more ZFA's you can define more ranges. Don't look in other ZFA's for defined ranges than in the one you created them.
