Hello.
How do I "copy-and-paste" or "cut-and-paste" from one Zugfahrten-Automatik(Tours?) file to another? I did not find it in the manual (yet) if it IS possible. Do you know?
Best regards,
Per.
Hello Per,
If you want a exact copy of a ZFA , you can use " save as " and give it another name.
If you want to add ZFA 1 into ZFA 2 , you open ZFA 2 , and use the option " Andere ZFA anhängen" in English such as " enclose other ZFA "
see my printscreen.
Of course this is all done within the ZFA Editor.
Hi !
I know all this. But what I want to do, is to opy f.ex. just 15 lines from inside one file, to inside another file. "Cut and paste", not export/import. Thanks anyways...
Per.
Hello per,
As far as i know this is not possible. As you already noticed there is no selection of serveral lines possible. So the copy and pasted function is also not available.
A trick can be to only keep the lines you want to paste and save it as a temperary file and then import it as we already discussed.
Hello.
What do you mean by "As you already noticed there is no selection of serveral lines possible" ???
Selection of several lines IS possible. And it also IS possible to cut-and-paste inside the same file. I already use this a lot, too.... :)
Regards,
Per
Hello Per,
I'm a little confused now. First you asked if it is possible to copy lines from ZFA 1 to ZFA 2 , and now you're talking about copying within the same ZFA.
I told already that if you make a selection and copy it , then opening another ZFA there are no paste options.
So there is no copy lines option where you can paste it in another ZFA.
within the same ZFA it is no problem, mainly for reorganizing the lines, and lines who are very common.
so, again, as far as i know there is no option for this
Hello,
just to sort this out: you cannot copy and paste between two different ZFAs. This option is not included (in version 2012).
Hello.
Thank you Stefan.
Best regards,
Per.

Hello Stefan,
Will it be available in version 2015?
Just curious ;)

Hello,
I like people who read the text in brackets, too. ;) Yes, that was my hidden hint.
Hello again, Stefan!
One more reason to look forward to the 2015 Version. I don't know what else is New, but I am certain I will like it :) :)

Hello Per,
maybe you should take a look at the videos about the new version even if you don't understand the spoken text. But there you can get a glimps of what's new.
Hello again.
I just had a look at them. Fantastic! Now I really DO look forward to the Next Version.
