We have a problem in our track plan when the timetable is running in one end of the train identification box now has change to a number five with a black triangle behind it why is this?

Hello Martyn,
you don't tell us what you did before. I guess you changed the tracks? When you do so you have to change all routes that go by that track, too. Don't delete them and make them new but edit them. Click the route in the route editor and then the camera symbol. Then just click on the part of the track that changed. Save your changes (red dot). You're set.
We did shift the track plan two grid squares to the left. Does it then not take the information with it?

yes, usually it does the trick but sometimes not. Best thing is to check all of your routes. Open the routes editor and click the red "!".
