I don't know if I have changed something, but I am starting to get a STOP! Buffer Full! error message after running my Tour Automatic for a short time - around 6-10 minutes.. Any suggestions for me?

looks to me as if one of your profiles is incorrect and a feedback contact is never reached or a feedback contact doesn't fire and doesn't give any feedbacks or too shortly. These contacts stay in the buffer and fill it.

I shall review my profiles and see what is going on. Is there anyway to view the buffer?

yes, open the tour inspector while running the automatic. Whatch if there are some contacts that are left over.
