Hi
I have wired in Uhlenbrock feedback modules but have a problem, some are reading that loco's are entering sections but are not telling that they have left sections. any idas welcome
Thanks Chris
Hi Chris.
Can you tell us more about your configuration?
Did you program the Uhlenbrock feedback modules correctly? The 63320 need different addresses for each module (LNCV0).
Does the first module have LNCV1 = 1 and the second module LNCV1=9 and the third module LNCV1=17 (and so on)?
Thank you.
Guy
Hi
Thanks for your reply, yes the modules are programmed correctly.
Thanks
Chris
Hi,
Did you check when feed back adress in the track diagram editor that you set thes to permanent cotact not to temporary?
Regards.
I meant when setting feed back contact ...
Hi Chris.
Another question, how many modules do you have connected to the Loconet ??
Uhlenbrock recommends not to connect more than 6 modules in a straight line.
best regards,
Guy
Hi Guy
Thanks for your reply. I have 17 Uhlenbrock modules and 6 Digirails.
I am not sure what you mean re setting permanant or temporayy.
Thanks Chris
contacts are permenant
Hi Chris.
I had a similar problem. I had to rewire the Loconet like the attached picture. This is also recommended by Uhlenbrock technicians.
Another issue is the power consumption of the Loconet modules. Each 63320 consumes 30mA. The Loconet-T connection delivers 500 mA and the Loconet-B delivers 200 mA. So on the T-connection you can have a maximum of 16 modules. Uhlenbrock has Loconet power supply so that you can add more modules to the Loconet network.
best regards, Guy
