IBCOM Connection problem

Hello, I can't get WinDigiPet  to connect with my IBCOM,  I have installed the USB – Loconet driver, installed the IB-COM Util and manage to program different components (Uhlenbrock 63330, 63410).  The computer is connected via com-3 to the IB-COM.
I set the system in WDP to the IB-COM, com-3, 112K  bound
In the system window I am getting a status 'digital system is not active" and I can initiate it nor see any details of the system

What am I missing?

Using WinDigiPet 2009 small edition English version (I tried the same with the German installation as well, Tried to rest IBCOM with the UTIL sw).

False alarm!

The problem was the PC,  I don't know what yet, but I replaced it, and now it is working
