Add-on switichings stop respond

Hi to all
After a few minutes I run the 16 train set with the DC-OPERATION,the add-on switichings stop respond.
The signals & point stay on the same position although they
get command from the add-on switichings.
If I resetart the Win-digipet program is work o.k,but afther few minutes it happen again.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM with the locomotive sound.(the softwere sound).

Culde it be a P.C memorey problem ? I have a 196 M.B !!!
