Profiles: No change of special options (functions).

Hello.

In Profil-Editor there is an option: No Changing Of Special Options.

In my setup I need ALL profiles to be created with this option active.  Is there a way this can be done?  Later I can change the special options (F-functions) in the profiles I need to.  As it is now, I must go back in ALL profiles to set this option on.  In there a way this option always can be ON for profiles that I create?
