Problem Identifing the Original CD

I have the Pro-2009 (Int) Windigipet Version, and up today I haven't had any problem. However these two last days I couldn't start the programa because just after initating the program it appears a box saying that the Original Disk could not be identified. The CD was place correctly, as always up today. What I have to do?

If it's possibel to read the CD with your Explorer?

If not, the CD/DVD Reader is unusebel.

Yes, I can read the CD content with the explorer. And I can also install again the software. But again the problem finding "The original CD"

Hello Joan,

in your profile you write you have WDP 9.0. In your text you write you have WDP 2009. These versions are not the same! If you have WDP 9 and installed a WDP 2009.x update that wouldn't work!

Have you done this? If yes please uninstall WDP and install 9.0 again. Then you can install a 9.x update but not a 2009.x update.
