cannot start windigipet, cannot find USB key

I have the issue that i cannot start the original windigipet, as it refuses to find my usb key.

Hello,

I have the same issue of the subject, same error.

I bought the Windigipet 2018 italian and I upgraded to version 2c in english (it seems not available in italian) but after a while I cannot start the program becouse the usb key was not found
Any help please.

that's clear !
There exists an other protection mode for the italian version 2018.
You have to ask for the italian update 2018.2c at S.r.l. ESSEMME, Milano !
