Hello,

I have been using SpeedCat to calibrate my locos, but I am finding that the results are very inconsistent.  On another forum that I visit, two members mentioned a product named TachoMesser. Their website has a screen shot from the German edition of WDP (see http://www.can-digital-bahn.com/modul.php?system=all&modul=39#WDP), which shows TachoMesser in the drop down list of the loco calibration page.

Is TachoMesser supported in the English 2012.1 version?

Kind regards
Adrian

Hello Adrian,

The Tachomesser is only usable with Version 2012.2 and following. So you will have to weit for the international 2012.2

Hello Adrian,

you can use a workaround... Take the new Demo in german and you can calibrate your locos with the TachoMesser, then  export the resoult and in import the datas in your version.
Its works!

Hello BR96,

Thank you for the workaround, but I initially had some problems getting WDP 2012.1 working on my new laptop (not a WDP problem - Windows problem I suspect) so I am not keen to complicate my set up with two versions of WDP on my computer.

My guess, based on past experience, is that the new version will be available sometime before Christmas (maybe even September). I am happy to wait for the new version and order the TachoMesser at that time.

Thanks again for your assistance.
