Emergency stop

System=Marklin and CS3+
I'm having trouble starting the train after an emergency stop
My expectation is that the train starts and runs forward to the end of the actual route sequence when the radio-button start is selected (see image below), but the train does not start up at all, the only possible way to start the train is by hand throttle. The radio button for <re start automatic> is disabled, maybe that will solve this issue, but how to enable that menu?
