I have very often a lost connection of the CS2 , and that create a lot off failure on the network.
Could you help! PC XP SP3, CS2 60214, soft 1.4.0, hard 4.33 , WDP 11.3.162 french. ethernet 100mbs.
I have no idee about this trouble, just restart the connection , and all continue, if there are'nt accident.

  Bonsoir Andrè, I'm not the expert with CS2 & WDP French version or otherwise. But an intermitant connection loss must firstly point to a possible L.A.N. Patch Cable connection fault. Are the connectors both ends in good condition ? Are you using a HUB to interface between your CS2 and laptop, if so, the HUB may be your problem. Have you tried a cross wire RED patch cable without using a HUB ?

The connection is direct between PC and CS2 , cable of 5 meter and cross connexion.
The PC itself didn't gave information about the lost of connexion.
I have just to reactive the cs2 (extra- status digital..), I don't have to do any action of type of network.

Cable exchanged, no info into the events, cards status the counter still increasing, on CS2 both light still on.

What message is showed by Win-Digipet when the message gets lost?

I had to modifier the internet network, windigipet was running without external internet. The CS2 is now at 1.5.2 I wait few days before conclude.

I lost several days because the site WDP wasn't accessible.
The upgrade of the CS2 didn't solve the trouble. I include message in french how said:
"CS2 didn't answer reinit digital system"
To simplifie messages I go to the english version with the last update.

Hello André,

Have you tried unplugging the ethernet cable on the CS2 and plugging it back in?  This helped
me a few times when I had the same message.
