We are getting a error message that says this.

Run - Time error13

Type Mismatch

once you press ok it shuts down Windigipet. Then when you restart and go back to time table you keep getting the same problem.

close the WDP main program and start the WDP data maintenance. Press on "repair and compress". Restart the WDP main program. Did it help?

This did not work at all. we are still getting the problem. please see attached project.

We have been trying to clearn up the track plan errors and when we do this and then use the new fixed route this gives us the ERROR 13 can you please help.

We did that and as soon as you make any changes and then go in to the time table it happens again.

and a backup from a oldery date then a few days before this problem apeared ?
It's possible that this problem is also present in the latest backup.

Otherwhise you could have a problem in the program its self.
Normally a good backup should clear the program.

The back up does clear the problem but then when I want to make changes to the track plan and write new routes the problem comes back again.

I think Markus has to have a look at it because you might have an invalid character or value in a field.

what about your first line. It is missing !!
I checked your timetable without any problems also within the simulation.
It could be that your timetable is corrupt. See attached your timetable.

Please check your timetable always with the simbol " note of exclamation "

This project is one of my customers. The first line is missing because when the error came up this was removed.
I the Time table is corrupt can it me fixed?
