feedback problem!

Hello One more question from newlly started. I was making the connections of "C" as seen in workshopps and isolated all sections. What happens is that these isolated sections are without power ( I've only isolated the mass pole). I was also trying to connect the breakmodule of Marklin and failed.
In WDP the seccions are red,is that wrong?
Need some tips. What am I doing wrong.?

are you using s88? Turn around the plug of the s88 wire.
