Hello, usually the English manual takes sometime to be translated.
I tried an automatic translation with the free site https://www.onlinedoctranslator.com/it/translationform.
I'm not a native english language, so I can't judge if the syntax is fine, but I can understand all.
I can't attach the PDF, due to size limitations, but if moderators will give me another way I could send it.
In my opinion, Markus, you could try with other automatic translator too, and, if the result is substantially fine, publish this one, declaring that is automatically translated.
You could give up the human translation, and use your resources to develop WDP 2024
