How to activate Uncoupler

By using iAP in VHD it is possible to stop a train in a position just above uncoupler.
But how then to activate the uncoupler for actual journey?

In my system it don't work yet, I believe it caused by mistake in my setup

in this case  you have to use a profile for the designated route.
