WDP 2025 - Problem with counter update via Dispatcher

Hello

I have created a dispatcher record to update a counter (ligthblue in the picture counter.jpg) with the value of the 3 blu counters (see attached image). When I start the simulationn the value is correctly calculated but when the counters change their values the ligthblue counter is not updated. Where is the error?

Ciao Pierangelo,

for questions like this, it seems a better idea to provide an actual backup of your project  and of course to show the complete screenshots of the dialogues.  I suggest that you have switched on the special functions in the dispatcher. With these functions for example you're able to ask for conditions in a timely depended base (e.g. every second).

as supplement to my post this morningi made an example for summarizing two counters and present the result in a third counter. The query in this example will be done every second. In your case you'll maybe set additional conditions.
Please take a look to both attached pictures. I'm sorry, the screenshots has been taken with the german version, but it should be similary to the italian version.

Many thanks for your answer. Using the special function in the dispatcher I obtain the desired result.
I do not take into account that the condition remains true and the related action do not switch. Using the special function "on counter change" the action is taken properly.
